This is a wiki and is updateable by just about anybody and I take no responsibility for it's accuracy, so bite me.
Now that that is out of the way please, if you do intend on updating any of the information contained within, then please site references.
I have no intention of lying to people.
By the way I really do mean the 'no wining' thing;
if there is an error with the information - do something about it,
if there are spelling or grammar errors - do something about it,
if the references are wrong or links are dead - do something about it,
The key here is participation over irritation.
I also plan on getting a forum up and running soon to discuss correction that may be needed.
So if you don't feel like making the corrections your self then instead of bugging me, save it until the forums up.
